Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Working closely with the Directors. Focus on the delivery of the annual sales and margin targets for your dedicated client portfolio. Effectively manage and deal with all types of enquiries. This will involve identifying clients’ needs and providing a professional and efficient service with tight deadlines and fast turnarounds. Produce quotes and costs for clients and Directors as required. Have good product awareness and knowledge and an ability to work with approved suppliers to source great products at the best value. Assist with identifying new Customers. Proactively identify opportunities (upsell) within accounts. Know when to escalate issues to a director and do so in a timely manner. Ensure all product developments are in line with customer expectations in terms of sustainability, brand guidelines, target market execution and client marketing strategy, whilst meeting the commercial requirements of our client. Produce reports as required by clients and Directors. Have the ability to communicate with different functional areas, for example warehouse, courier companies, and suppliers.

Requirments

2-3+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced office environment. Proven ability to maintain and grow client relationships, working with key stakeholders at both junior and senior levels. Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal). Examples of where you have delivered high value and volume projects within specified timelines. Excellent organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
